Saturdays and shoes! 2 of my FAVS!

Gosh, for the past few weeks, Saturday has been an extremely BUSY day for my little family. My son plays basketball for 2 teams-one for a local group and another for a traveling team. So our day includes 2 basketball games. Well today he won 1 game and lost the other-so 50%, right? Not too bad, they are getting better and as long as he enjoys it, that is all that matters to us!

Since we had a bit of time to spare between the two games, I convinced my hubby to please go to a shoe shop and let me buy a pair of shoes that I have been wanting for a while now.............well, I was so excited because he did pull into the store! Yay me! These are the shoes I got:

I have hears so many wonderful things about these shoes and I just hope I like the way they look on ME! Many fellow teachers have them at my school. Do any of you have a pair? I am honestly only 41 years old and my knees sometimes about kill me when I get up from the floor working with my kiddos! Hopefully these will work!

 Update: Holly from Crisscross Applesauce asked what kind they were...duh, I was in such a hurry I guess I forgot. These shoes are by Algeria Shoes and they are the Paloma Black etched Mary Janes. They have lots of cute ones and it was hard to make my decision, but hopefully these will be jus perfect!
